Make your own A&P cards the right way
- One idea per card. "Osteoclast: breaks down bone matrix" beats a paragraph.
- Quiz both directions: term to meaning, and meaning to term.
- Make contrast cards for look-alikes (osteoblast vs osteoclast, afferent vs efferent).
- Say the answer before you flip. Recognizing is not the same as remembering.
